[摘要]
目的 對(duì)??茦?gòu)樹(shù)屬植物構(gòu)樹(shù)的果實(shí)——楮實(shí)子的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行研究。方法 采用柱色譜法進(jìn)行分離、精制,通過(guò)理化性質(zhì)和波譜分析方法鑒定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果 從楮實(shí)子95%乙醇冷浸物中分離得到7個(gè)化合物,分別鑒定為胡蘿卜苷棕櫚酸酯(Ⅰ)、胡蘿卜苷(Ⅱ)、苯丙氨酸(Ⅲ)、色氨酸(Ⅳ)、壬二酸(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、蔗糖(Ⅶ)。結(jié)論 化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ均首次在楮實(shí)子中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) Vent. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography, and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Sevene compounds, daucosterol palmitate (Ⅰ), daucosterol (Ⅱ), phenylalanine (Ⅲ), tryptophane (Ⅳ), azelaic acid (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), and sucrose (Ⅶ) were isolated and identified. Conclusion Compound Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ are isolated from the fruit of B. papyridera for the first time.
