Methods The gradient elution mode was applied in chromatographic separation: Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (0.01% formic acid), UV detection wavelength of 280 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, analysis time of 120 min. Ten batches of Fructus Crataegus were studied. Results 23 Peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Fructus Crataegus. Conclusion The established method shows satisfactory accuracy, stability, and reproducibility, and can by used as a quality control method for Fructus Crataegus."/>
