目的 觀察糖復(fù)康膠囊對糖尿病腎病的治療作用。方法 采用糖尿病腎病、高血糖、血瘀等實驗?zāi)Ｐ?，觀察、測定相應(yīng)的實驗指標。結(jié)果 糖復(fù)康膠囊對糖尿病腎病有明顯的防治作用；降低高血糖動物的血糖；抑制高分子右旋糖酐所致大鼠全血黏度的升高；抑制動脈血栓形成。結(jié)論 糖復(fù)康膠囊對糖尿病腎病有明顯的防治作用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Tangfukang Capsula on diabetic nephropathies (DN). Methods The diabetic nephropathies, hyperglycosemia, and blood stasis models were used to observe the appropriate test targets. Results The Tangfukang Capsula showed the preventive and therapeutic effect on DN, it could reduce the blood sugar level of the animals with hyperglycosemia, suppress the higher viscosity of whole blood by polymer dextran-induced and artery thrombosis in rat5. Conclusion Tangfukang Capsula has bovious preventive and therapeutic effects in animals with DN.
