[摘要]
目的 探索鎖陽黃酮(CSF)對大鼠運(yùn)動耐力的影響及抗氧化作用。 方法 雄性Wistar大鼠分成5組(每組10只),分別為對照組,單純游泳組,游泳(S)+CSF(2.0、1.0、0.5 g/kg)3個(gè)劑量組,于動物每次游泳前1 h ig 給藥。采用循環(huán)水流自由游泳法,動物每天游泳1次,每次30 min,連續(xù)10 d,第11天進(jìn)行運(yùn)動耐力測試,用 CuZn-SOD 測試盒、MDA 測試盒、紫外分光光度計(jì)檢測血液中CuZn-SOD和MAD水平。 結(jié)果 與單純游泳組相比,3個(gè)給藥組于游泳前分別給予CSF 0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg,動物體質(zhì)量分別增長了8%、9.8%、12.5%;沉入水中前游泳時(shí)間分別增加了5.6%、16.7%、38.9%;每只動物10 min平均下沉次數(shù)減少了19.2%、32.5%、55%;總游泳時(shí)間延長了5.9%、26.5%、51.5%;CuZn-SOD增加了1.1%、2.1%、2.7%; MDA降低了65.3%、83.9%、87.9%。 結(jié)論 CSF具有增強(qiáng)運(yùn)動耐力、提高機(jī)體抗氧化、抗疲勞等作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effects of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. flavones (CSF) on the exercise tolerance and the antixidation in rats. Methods Divide Wistar male rats into five groups (n=10), control group (1), single swiming group (2), swiming (S)+CSF (2.0, 1.0, and 0.5 g/kg) three dosage groups. The rats were administrated by ig before swiming each time. The rats swam daily in free swimming in endless cycles water for 30 min, and for 10 d. The effects of the CSF on the swimming endurance of rats were investigated, the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)and CuZn-superoxide dismutase(CuZn-SOD)in blood were examined by MDA kit, CuZn-SOD kit, and ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 11 d. Results The results showed that the body weight of group 3,2, and 1 were increased significantly by 8%,9.8%, and 12.5% compared with to single swimming group (P<0.001),respectively;swimming time before sinking were increased by 5.6%,16.7%, and 38.9%, mean sinking times of each rat in 10 min were decreased by 19.2%, 32.5%, and 55%; total swimming time were increased by 5.9%,26.5%, and 51.5% compared with to single swimming group (P<0.001),respectively;CuZn-SOD were increased by 1.1%,2.1%, and 2.7%, MDA were decreased by 65.3%,83.9%, and 87.9%, in comparison with to single swimming group (P<0.001),respectively.
