目的 研究苦草Pft-d對小鼠S180乙醇提取物30%乙醇洗脫部位(Pft-d)的抗癌活性。方法 通過在體抗腫瘤實驗和體外細胞毒實驗,考察Pft-d對小鼠S180肉瘤、肝癌Heps腫瘤生長的抑制作用、對荷瘤小鼠免疫器官質量的影響及其細胞毒活性。結果 Pft-d對小鼠S180、Heps腫瘤的生長均有明顯的抑制作用,劑量為10、20、40 mg/(kg·d)時,對S180肉瘤生長的抑制率分別為44.44%、52.14%、61.97%,對肝癌Heps生長的抑制率分別為34.64%、41.55%、56.03%,與對照組比較差異顯著(P<0.005,P<0.01、P<0.001)。對荷瘤小鼠免疫器官無明顯影響。在體外,Pft-d高劑量時,對胃竇癌、胃癌、殘骨癌等人癌細胞顯示細胞毒活性,但低劑量時活性不明顯。結論 Pft-d具有強的抗癌活性,值得進一步研究。

Objective To study the antitumor activity of Pft-d from Lour. Methods Experiments of in vitro cell toxicity and in vivo antitumor were conducted. The inhibitive effect of Pft-d on tumor growth of sarcoma 180 (180) and Heps were observed. The effects of Ptf-d on immune organs of tumor-bearing mice were also studied. Results At the doses of 10, 20, and 40 mg/(kg·d), the inhibitory rates of Pft-d on S180 were 44.44%, 52.14%, and 61.97% respectively, and the inhibitory rates on Heps were 34.64%, 41.55%, and 56.03% respectively. There were significant differences in the inhibitory rates between control group and expermental group (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). However, there was no obvious effect on the immune organs of tumor-bearing mice. In vitro studies showed that high dose of Pft-d did not show obvious cell toxic effects. Conclusion Pft-d has significant antitumor activities on S180 and Heps, and worthy of further study.
