180乙醇提取物30%乙醇洗脫部位(Pft-d)的抗癌活性。方法 通過在體抗腫瘤實(shí)驗(yàn)和體外細(xì)胞毒實(shí)驗(yàn),考察Pft-d對(duì)小鼠S180肉瘤、肝癌Heps腫瘤生長的抑制作用、對(duì)荷瘤小鼠免疫器官質(zhì)量的影響及其細(xì)胞毒活性。結(jié)果 Pft-d對(duì)小鼠S180、Heps腫瘤的生長均有明顯的抑制作用,劑量為10、20、40 mg/(kg·d)時(shí),對(duì)S180肉瘤生長的抑制率分別為44.44%、52.14%、61.97%,對(duì)肝癌Heps生長的抑制率分別為34.64%、41.55%、56.03%,與對(duì)照組比較差異顯著(P<0.005,P<0.01、P<0.001)。對(duì)荷瘤小鼠免疫器官無明顯影響。在體外,Pft-d高劑量時(shí),對(duì)胃竇癌、胃癌、殘骨癌等人癌細(xì)胞顯示細(xì)胞毒活性,但低劑量時(shí)活性不明顯。結(jié)論 Pft-d具有強(qiáng)的抗癌活性,值得進(jìn)一步研究。;Objective To study the antitumor activity of Pft-d from 180) and Heps were observed. The effects of Ptf-d on immune organs of tumor-bearing mice were also studied. Results At the doses of 10, 20, and 40 mg/(kg·d), the inhibitory rates of Pft-d on S180 were 44.44%, 52.14%, and 61.97% respectively, and the inhibitory rates on Heps were 34.64%, 41.55%, and 56.03% respectively. There were significant differences in the inhibitory rates between control group and expermental group (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). However, there was no obvious effect on the immune organs of tumor-bearing mice. In vitro studies showed that high dose of Pft-d did not show obvious cell toxic effects.
