[摘要]
目的 合成鹽酸賽洛唑啉并對其工藝進行研究。方法 以間二苯為起始原料,經(jīng)叔丁基化、氯甲基化、環(huán)合、成鹽精制等6步反應(yīng)合成鹽酸賽洛唑啉,并對氯甲基化反應(yīng)進行了工藝改進。結(jié)果 合成了鹽酸賽洛唑啉,總收率為18.95%。結(jié)論 工藝改進后,簡化了操作過程,提高了收率。

[Abstract]
Objective To synthesize xylometazoline hydrochldride and improve the synthetic technology. Methods M-xylene was used as the starting material. Xylometazoline hydrochldride was synthesized after the process of tert-butylation, Chloromethylation, cyanidation, cyclization, salification, purification, and separation. The procedure of chloromethylation was improved. Results Xylpmetazoline hydrochldride was prepared with an overall yield rate of 18.95%. Conclusion The improved prcedure can simplify the synthesis and in crease the yeild.
