[摘要]
目的 建立復(fù)方石韋片的質(zhì)量控制方法。方法 應(yīng)用薄層色譜法對復(fù)方石韋片中的苦參、黃芪進(jìn)行定性鑒別,采用高效液相色譜法測定苦參堿。色譜柱:KR100-5 C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流動(dòng)相:乙腈-0.025 mol/L磷酸(1∶24),三乙胺調(diào)pH值至3.5,體積流量:1 mL/min,柱溫:25 ℃,檢測波長:220 nm。結(jié)果 在薄層色譜中均能檢出苦參、黃芪;苦參堿質(zhì)量濃度在16.01~320.40 μg/mL內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加樣回收率為100.64%,RSD為0.87%。結(jié)論 本法簡單、靈敏、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,可用于復(fù)方石韋片的質(zhì)量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for quality contral of Fufang Shiwei Tablets. Methods TLC was applied to the identification of Radix Sophorae flavescentis and Radix Astragali, and HPLC was applied to the determination of matrine. Kromasil KP100-5 C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.025 mol/L phosphoric acid (1∶24), and pH of the mobile phase was adjusted to 3.5 by triethylmine. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, column temperature was 25 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results Radix sophorae flvescentis and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC. The linear range of matrine was 16.01—320.40 μg/mL, the average recovery was 100.64%, and RSD was 0.87%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be applied to the quality contral of Fufang Shiwei Tablets.
