摘 要：法舒地爾（Fasudil）是一種 Rho 激酶抑制劑，通過阻斷血管收縮過程肌球蛋白輕鏈磷酸化來擴張血管，抑制血管痙攣，臨床上主要用于治療蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血。近年來，關(guān)于法舒地爾對心腦血管疾病的機制研究不斷深入。對法舒地爾治療短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作、腦梗死、椎基底動脈供血不足、蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血等腦血管疾病及冠狀動脈性心臟病、心肌肥厚、心肌梗死、充血性心力衰竭等心血管疾病的藥理作用及臨床應(yīng)用進行綜述。

Abstract: Fasudil，a Rho kinase inhibitor，can inhibit blood vessel spasm by blocking phosphorylation of myosin light chain in vasoconstriction．Currently，it is mainly used for the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage．In recent years，more and more studies about its mechanism in treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have been furthered．This article reviews the pharmacological actions and clinical application of Fasudil on these cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases，such as transient ischemic attack，cerebral infarction，posterior circulation ischemia，subarachnoid hemorrhage，myocardial hypertrophy，myocardial infarction，and congestive heart failure．
