摘 要：藥理實驗和臨床研究證明薏苡仁油具有抗肝癌作用，其作用機制是誘導肝癌細胞凋亡，抑制癌細胞增殖；抑制腫瘤組織內血管形成，減少營養(yǎng)物質供應，抑制腫瘤生長；提高機體對腫瘤的免疫功能。薏苡仁油可以單用或者聯(lián)合用藥治療原發(fā)性肝癌，薏苡仁油與化療藥聯(lián)用治療肝癌，能減弱化療藥引起的免疫功能低下和骨髓抑制的不良反應，具有良好的開發(fā)前景。

Abstract: Pharmacological experiments and clinical researches suggest that Coicis Semen oil has certain anti-hepatoma effects. Its anti-hepatoma mechanism are: inhibiting hepatoma cells proliferation by inducing apoptosis，reducing nutritive supplies for growing tumor by inhibiting angiopoiesis in tumor tissue，increasing immunologic function against tumors. In the treatment of primary liver carcinoma，single Coicis Semen oil can be used，and Coicis Semen oil can also be combined with other medicines．If combined with chemotherapeutic drugs，it can decrease the incurrence of immune degeneration and bone marrow inhibition．Therefore，it has great potential for development．
