摘 要：目的 更好地控制調(diào)經(jīng)助孕顆粒劑的質(zhì)量。方法 采用 TLC 法對調(diào)經(jīng)助孕顆粒劑中的白芍、川楝子進(jìn)行定性鑒別；HPLC 法對柚皮苷進(jìn)行定量檢測，色譜柱為 Symmetry C18（150 mm×2.1 mm，3.5 μm），流動相為乙腈–0.1%磷酸溶液（18∶82），體積流量0.8 mL/min，柱溫35 ℃，檢測波長283 nm。結(jié)果 TLC 顯色清晰；柚皮苷在0.404～5.05 μg 有良好線性關(guān)系（r＝0.999 3），平均回收率為99.26%，RSD 為2.03%。結(jié)論 本研究可用于調(diào)經(jīng)助孕顆粒劑的質(zhì)量控制，方法簡便、可靠，能較好地控制該制劑的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量。

Abstract: Objective To control effectively the quality of Tiaojing Zhuyun Granules．Methods Paeoniae Radix Alba and Toosendan Fructus in this medicine were identified by TLC．Naringin was determined by HPLC，using Symmetry C18 column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（18∶82）as the mobile phase. The temperature of column was 35 ℃．The velocity was 0.8 mL/min．The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results TLC spots were quite clear．There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0.404—5.05 μg（r＝0.999 3）．The average recovery rate was 99.26%，and RSD was 2.03%．Conclusion The method is simple，reliable and reproducible．It can be used for the quality control of Tiaojing Zhuyun Granules．
