摘 要:目的 建立 HPLC 法測定荔枝核方中丹參素。方法 SinoChrom ODS-BP 色譜柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流動相為甲醇–1% 醋酸溶液(5∶95),柱溫為室溫,體積流量1.0 mL/min,檢測波長280 nm。結(jié)果 丹參素在9.54~95.4 μg/mL 線性關(guān)系良好,r=0.999 6;平均回收率為100.2%(RSD=1.8%,n=9)。結(jié)論 該方法操作簡便,其他組分對測定無干擾,準(zhǔn)確性和重現(xiàn)性好,可作為荔枝核方的質(zhì)量控制方法。

Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determining the content of propanoid acid by HPLC.Methods The HPLC performed on a SinoChrom ODS-BP column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid(5∶95),column temperature was room temperature,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9.54—95.4 μg/mL with good linearity(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 100.2%(RSD=1.8%,n=9).Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable,accurate and repeatable,and can be used in quality control of Semen Litchi Compound.
