摘 要:苦蕎麥Fagopyrum tataricum為蓼科蕎麥屬植物,在我國西南、中南、華北等省區(qū)均有分布??嗍w麥主要含黃酮類、甾體類、酚類等化學(xué)成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、雌激素樣、抗癌防癌、鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎、抗疲勞等作用,具有很高的食用價值和藥用價值。綜述近年來苦蕎麥化學(xué)成分和藥理作用方面的研究進(jìn)展,為苦蕎麥的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。

Abstract: Fagopyrum tataricum is a domestic food plant in Fagopyrum Mill., Polygonaceae. It mainly distributes in the southwest, south central, North China. F. tataricum contains flavonoids, steroids, phenols, and so on, which have effects of lowering blood glucose and blood lipid, anti-oxidation, estrogen-like, anti-cancer, analgesic, and antifatigue as well. It has a very high value as daily food and medicine. The recent progress in the research of chemical constituens and pharmacological activities are summarized, which will provide the reference for further research of F. tataricum.
