建立HPLC法測(cè)定金匱腎氣丸中馬錢(qián)苷的方法。方法 采用HPLC法測(cè)定。色譜柱：Agilent XDB C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動(dòng)相：甲醇–乙腈–0.1%磷酸（10∶10∶80）；檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)：236 nm；體積流量：1.0 mL/min。結(jié)果 馬錢(qián)苷在0.042～2.100 μg與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系（r=0.999 8），平均回收率為98.84%，RSD為0.83%（n=6）。結(jié)論 本方法穩(wěn)定、可靠，可作為金匱腎氣丸的質(zhì)量控制方法。

To establish an HPLC method to determine loganin in Jinkui Shenqi Pills. Methods HPLC method was used. Loganin was assayed on an Agilent XDB C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase composed of methanol- acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (10∶10∶80) at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min, the determination wavelength was 236 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.042—2.100 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery of loganin was 98.84% with RSD 0.83% (n=6). Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, reliable, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Jinkui Shenqi Pills．
