目的 優(yōu)選人參藥材微波滅菌工藝。方法 以滅菌率為指標(biāo)，采用正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)藥材粒度、滅菌時(shí)間、滅菌功率進(jìn)行考察，并考察微波滅菌對(duì)人參皂苷的影響。結(jié)果 篩選出最佳微波滅菌工藝：滅菌時(shí)間240 s、人參藥材粒度為細(xì)粉（10目）、滅菌功率6 000 W。結(jié)論 優(yōu)選的工藝滅菌效率高，簡(jiǎn)便可行。

Objective To optimize the sterilization technology of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma with microwave. Methods The sterilization rate was used as the index to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal test, in which the powder particle size of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, sterilization time, and microwave power were considered as three main technology factors, and the contents of ginsenosides were observed. Results The optimum condition was as follows: sterilization time 240 s, the powder particle size 10 mesh, and microwave power 6 000 W. Conclusion The new sterilization procedure is efficient and easy to operate.
