[摘要]
目的 考察幾種預(yù)混輔料的性質(zhì)。方法 以粒度分布、休止角、堆密度為指標(biāo),考察預(yù)混輔料的粉體學(xué)性質(zhì),并將預(yù)混輔料應(yīng)用于粉末直接壓片工藝中。結(jié)果 與普通輔料淀粉、微晶纖維素相比,預(yù)混輔料直壓淀粉、直壓微晶纖維素的休止角、壓縮度小,流動(dòng)性好。結(jié)論 預(yù)混輔料的粉體學(xué)性質(zhì)優(yōu)于普通輔料,且粉末直接壓片法所得片劑質(zhì)量良好。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the properties of several co-processed excipients. Methods The characteristics of co-processed excipients were investigated by taking the size distribution, angle of repose, and bulk density as indexes, and excipients were applied to the direct compression. Results Compared with starch and microcrystalline cellulose, direct pressure starch and direct pressure microcrystalline cellulose had smaller repose angle and aerated bulk density, as well as excellent flow ability. Conclusion Compared with ordinary excipients, co-processed excipients show superior micromeritic characteristics, and we can obtain tablets of good quality by direct powder compression.
