目的 分析晉中市第二人民醫(yī)院全腸外營養(yǎng)液（TPN）的使用情況，為進一步規(guī)范TPN在臨床的合理使用，保證用藥安全以及提高營養(yǎng)支持水平提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。方法 對晉中市第二人民醫(yī)院2006年1月至2011年11月，486例患者使用的5種TPN常用處方以及在各臨床科室和疾病的使用情況，進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果 TPN總共使用1 345份，使用科室主要集中在普外科、神經外科、婦產科、胸心外科、泌尿外科、消化科和ICU，疾病使用主要集中在消化道腫瘤和顱腦損傷等。結論 我院臨床使用TPN基本合理、規(guī)范，但是仍存在部分問題有待改進。

Objective To analyze the application of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) in the Second People’s Hospital of Jinzhong City for further regulating the rational use of TPN in clinic, ensuring drug safety, and improving the level of nutritional support. Methods Five TPN prescriptions and their using situation in 486 patients from various clinical departments and diseases in the hospital were analyzed from January 2006 to November 2011. Results A total of 1 345 copies TPN were used, mainly in the department of general surgery, neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiothoracic surgery, urology surgery, gastro enteralogy, and ICU; and mainly for the disease concentrated in the digestive tract tumors and brain injury. Conclusion TPN is used in the hospital basically, reasonablely, and normally, but still has some problems to improve.
