國內(nèi)外的新藥研究中,逐漸強(qiáng)調(diào)食物對(duì)口服藥物療效的影響,這對(duì)新開發(fā)藥物的安全性以及有效性有著積極的作用。本文主要從食物對(duì)藥物吸收、代謝的影響、對(duì)不同劑型及輔料的影響等方面闡述了食物對(duì)口服藥物療效的影響。這不僅為提高臨床用藥水平提出了合理的建議,而且對(duì)用制劑技術(shù)改善食物對(duì)藥物吸收代謝的影響有著重要的意義。

The effect of food on efficacy of oral medicine is more and more important for new medicine research both at home and abroad, which is to promote safety and effectiveness in the process of new medicine research and development. The article tried to discuss and analyze the food effect on drug from the following aspects: the effect of food on the absorption of drug, the metabolism of drug, and the choice of dosage form and excipients, etc. It is not only to provide some reasonable suggestions for clinical drug use level, but also be important in improving the influence of food on drug absorption and metabolism by using preparation technology.
