當(dāng)前手性藥物合成的研究已成為國(guó)際藥學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)之一,近幾年發(fā)展起來(lái)的在聚合物固載試劑條件下進(jìn)行的不對(duì)稱合成由于其各種優(yōu)點(diǎn),引起了藥學(xué)界廣泛的關(guān)注。無(wú)論從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度還是從“綠色化學(xué)”角度考慮,聚合物固載試劑的巨大潛力勢(shì)必會(huì)推動(dòng)手性藥物合成技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展。從抗腫瘤類、抗生素類、天然產(chǎn)物類和生物化學(xué)類活性物質(zhì)對(duì)近幾年來(lái)聚合物固載試劑在手性藥物合成方面的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,并對(duì)其前景進(jìn)行展望。

Currently, the synthesis of chiral drugs has become one of the pharmaceutical hot researches in the world. Using polymer-supported reagents to develop asymmetric synthesis of chiral drugs with various advantages has aroused widespread concern in the field of pharmacy. The great potential of polymer-supported reagents will certainly promote the synthesis technology of chiral drugs to rapid development both from the view of economic and the consideration of “green chemistry”. In the paper, application of polymer-supported reagents in synthesis of chiral drugs from antitumor agents, antibiotics, natural products, and biochemical substances aspects is reviewed and the prospects are looked forward.
