目的 研究歐司哌米芬的合成工藝。方法 以4-羥基二苯甲酮為原料,與2-溴乙醇發(fā)生威廉姆斯發(fā)應,再與3-氯苯丙酮發(fā)生麥克莫里反應,得到終產物歐司哌米芬。結果 本工藝路線所得產品產率為70%,質量分數(shù)>99.5%。結論 所得歐司哌米芬的合成工藝穩(wěn)定,操作簡單,適合工業(yè)化大生產。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the synthetic process of ospemifene. Methods Ospemifene was synthesized by the Williamson reaction with 4-hydroxybenzophenone as material base, reacted with 2-bromoethanol, and then by the Mcmurry reaction with 3-chloropropiophenone. Results The yield of ospemifene was 70%, and purity was above 99.5%. Conclusion The synthesis process of ospemifene is stable, simple, and suitable for industrial production.
