靈芝多糖是靈芝的主要活性成分之一，具有抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老和降血糖等生物活性，對(duì)近年來研究靈芝多糖的超聲法、微波法、復(fù)合酶法等提取方法和徑向流色譜、柱色譜聯(lián)用等分離純化方法，含量測(cè)定及其在抗腫瘤和抗氧化等方面的藥理活性進(jìn)行綜述，為靈芝多糖的進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用提供依據(jù)。

Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is one of the major active components, which has many kinds of biological activities, such as anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-aging, and reducing blood glucose. The recent studies on G. lucidum polysaccharide extraction methods, such as ultrasonic, microwave, and enzymatic methods; purification methods, such as radial flow chromatography and combined column chromatography; content determination; and pharmacological effects of anti-tumor and anti-oxidant are reviewed to provide the basic evidence for further utilization of G. lucidum polysaccharide.
