液相色譜(LC)是分離復(fù)雜混合物的較好方法,核磁共振(NMR)是結(jié)構(gòu)分析的強(qiáng)有力工具。液相色譜–核磁共振(LC-NMR)聯(lián)用技術(shù)是快速分離、確定結(jié)構(gòu)的一種分析手段,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。主要綜述了LC-NMR聯(lián)用技術(shù)在化學(xué)藥物分析(包括未知雜質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析、混合物中已知成分的定量分析)、中藥及天然藥物分析(包括異構(gòu)體分析、新化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定)、海洋生物及生化大分子、代謝產(chǎn)物分析中的應(yīng)用。

Liquid chromatography (LC) is a good way to separate complex mixture, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is a powerful tool for structure analysis. LC-NMR is a technique for fast separation and structure identification with a wide application prospect. The application of LC-NMR in analysis on chemicals (including structure analysis of unknown impurities and quantitative analysis on the mixture of known components), traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicines (including isomers analysis and structure identification of new compound), marine organism and biochemical macromolecules, and metabolites is briefly reviewed.
