手性化合物作為特殊的物質(zhì)群體，使用普通的分析方法往往很難實現(xiàn)對其進行定量或定性分析。氣相色譜雖然只適用于易揮發(fā)且熱穩(wěn)定的化合物，但將氣相色譜與質(zhì)譜、手性固定相等聯(lián)用或?qū)κ中曰衔镞M行衍生以及特異性內(nèi)標后，使用氣相色譜對手性化合物進行分析依然能取得理想效果。對近年來氣相色譜在手性分析中的應用和相關研究進展進行綜述。
