[摘要]
目的 觀察左卡尼汀注射液對(duì)阿霉素所致的心肌細(xì)胞損傷的保護(hù)作用。方法 將培養(yǎng)5 d的新生Wistar乳鼠心肌細(xì)胞隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、阿霉素1 μg/mL陽性對(duì)照組和左卡尼汀10、20、30 μg/mL保護(hù)組,加藥后繼續(xù)培養(yǎng)24 h,測(cè)定細(xì)胞存活率、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)釋放量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。結(jié)果 左卡尼汀能顯著提高受損心肌細(xì)胞的存活率,抑制LDH釋放量,減少M(fèi)DA的生成,提高SOD活性。結(jié)論 左卡尼汀對(duì)阿霉素所致的心肌細(xì)胞損傷具有保護(hù)作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the protective effects of Levocarnitine Injection on myocardial cell injury induced by adriamycin. Methods From newborn Wistar neonatal rats, the cardiomyocytes cultured for 5 d were randomly divided into normal control group, adriamycin (1 μg/mL) positive control group, and levocarnitine (10, 20, and 30 μg/mL) protection group, then followed by being continuously cultured for 24 h after the administration. Cell survival rate, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were detected. Results Levocarnitine could significantly improve the survival rate of the damaged myocardial cells, inhibit the release of LDH, decrease the level of MDA, and promote the activity of SOD. Conclusion Levocarnitine has protective effects on the myocardial cell injury induced by adriamycin.
