目的 建立HPLC法同時測定養(yǎng)血生發(fā)膠囊中阿魏酸、2,3,5,4′-四羥基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、羌活醇、異歐前胡素和大黃素5種活性成分的方法。方法 安捷倫Eclipse XDB-C18色譜柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動相為乙腈–0.1%冰醋酸，采用梯度洗脫；檢測波長：310 nm；體積流量：1 mL/min；柱溫：30 ℃；進樣量：20 μL。結果 5種成分均達到基線分離，各成分均有較寬的線性范圍和良好的線性關系，其平均回收率分別為95.68%、100.02%、100.55%、103.03%、100.07%。結論 該方法簡便、靈敏、準確，在同一色譜檢測條件下實現(xiàn)多指標成分同時測定，為養(yǎng)血生發(fā)膠囊的質(zhì)量評價和控制提供新的方法。

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of ferulic acid, 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β- D-goucosid, notopterol, isoimperatorin and emodin in Yangxue Shengfa Capsules by HPLC. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% acetate acid as mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 310 nm, and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ with the injection volume of 20 μL at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results Five components were well separated and showed a good linearity. The average recoveries of them were 95.68%, 100.02%, 100.55%, 103.03%, and 100.07%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, and accurate, which could provide a new method for the quality control of Yangxue Shengfa Capsule.
