目的 建立消腫接骨貼中芍藥苷測定的方法。方法 采用高效液相色譜法外標法測定。采用Thermo C18色譜柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動相：乙腈–0.1%磷酸（12∶88）；體積流量：1.0 mL/min；檢測波長：230 nm；柱溫：25 ℃；進樣量10 μL。結果 芍藥苷進樣量在0.124 8～1.248 0 μg呈良好的線性關系（r＝0.999 8），平均回收率為98.94%，RSD值為1.73%（n=6）。結論 本研究方法專屬性強，靈敏度高，簡便、準確、重現(xiàn)性好，可用于消腫接骨貼中芍藥苷的測定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xiaozhong Jiegu Plaster. Methods The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC with external standard method. Thermo C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.1% orthophosphoric acid (12∶88) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.124 8 — 1.248 0 μg (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.94% (RSD=1.73%, n=6). Conclusion The established method is specific, sensitive, simple, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Xiaozhong Jiegu Plaster.
