[摘要]
目的 研究芫花中醋酸乙酯部位化學(xué)成分。方法 分別采用聚酰胺柱色譜、硅膠柱色譜、Sephadex LH-20柱色譜等分離技術(shù)對芫花醋酸乙酯部位進行分離純化,根據(jù)波譜數(shù)據(jù)和理化性質(zhì)確定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果 從芫花醋酸乙酯部位分離得到11個化合物,分別鑒定為松脂醇(1)、(?)-異落葉松脂素(2)、落葉松脂醇(3)、對羥基苯甲酸(4)、3,4-二羥基苯甲酸(5)、山柰酚-3-β-D-(6-O-反-p-香豆酰)葡萄糖苷(6)、山柰酚-3-β-D-(6-O-順-p-香豆酰)葡萄糖苷(7)、芫花素(8)、3′-羥基芫花素(9)、芹菜素(10)、木犀草素(11)。結(jié)論 化合物2、5、7為首次從該植物中分離得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate fraction from Daphne genkwa. Methods The chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate fraction from D. genkwa were isolated and purified by chromatography on polyamide, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 columns, and their structures were identified by their physicochemical characteristics and spectral features. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as pinoresinol (1), (?)-isolariciresinol (2), lariciresinol (3), 4-hydroxybenzonic acid (4), 3,4-diohydroxybenzoic acid (5), kaempferol-3-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol-3-β-D-(6-O-cis-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside (7), genkwanin (8), 3′-hydroxygenkwanin (9), apigenin (10) and luteolin (11). Conclusion Compounds 2, 5 and 7 are all isolated from this plant for the first time.
