[摘要]
目的 研究香青蘭滴丸對(duì)大鼠急性心肌缺血損傷的保護(hù)作用,并與現(xiàn)有制劑進(jìn)行對(duì)比。方法 結(jié)扎大鼠冠狀動(dòng)脈左前降支致急性心肌缺血模型,術(shù)后每天給予香青蘭滴丸1次,連續(xù)給藥5 d,采用Ⅱ?qū)碾妶D(ECGⅡ)測心肌損傷程度;心臟用紅四氮唑(TTC)染色測定心肌梗死范圍;試劑盒法測定血清中天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)和肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的活性。結(jié)果 4.8、9.6 g/kg香青蘭滴丸可以顯著改善大鼠心肌缺血損傷,減小心肌梗死范圍,分別減少了30.3%(P<0.01)、53.3%(P<0.001),降低AST、LDH和CK-MB的活性。與等劑量益心巴迪然吉布亞顆粒比較,香青蘭滴丸對(duì)心肌梗死大鼠的各項(xiàng)測定指標(biāo)差異均無顯著性。結(jié)論 香青蘭滴丸對(duì)大鼠急性心肌缺血損傷具有一定的保護(hù)作用,其療效與益心巴迪然吉布亞顆粒相近。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the protection of Xiangqinglan Dripping Pill on acute myocardial ischemic injury and compare with existing formulations. Methods Ligation of the left anterior descending coronary to induce acute myocardial ischemia model; Xiangqinglan Dripping Pill was given to rats postoperative once daily for consecutive 5 d; Ⅱ lead electrocardiogram (ECG Ⅱ) was used to measure the degree of myocardial injury; red tetrazolium (TTC) staining was used to determine the myocardial infarct size of heart; Kit method was used for the determination of the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase enzyme (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB). Results Xiangqinglan Dripping Pill (4.8, 9.6 g/kg) could significantly improve the myocardial ischemic injury in rats, decrease the myocardial infarct size by 30.3 % (P<0.01), 53.3 % (P<0.001), respectively, and reduce the activities of AST, LDH, and CK-MB. Compared with the same doses of Yixin Badiranjibuya Granule, the above indicators showed no significant difference. Conclusion Xiangqinglan Dripping Pill has the certain protection on acute myocardial ischemic injury and its efficacy is similar with Yixin Badiranjibuya Granule.
