[摘要]
目的 采用頂空氣相色譜法對一次性使用輸液器中黏合劑環(huán)己烷的殘留進(jìn)行檢測。方法 色譜柱為HP-5石英毛細(xì)管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),柱溫采用程序升溫,檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器,檢測器溫度為250 ℃,進(jìn)樣口溫度為130 ℃,分流比為20∶1,以15%乙醇為溶解介質(zhì)。結(jié)果 該方法的檢測限可達(dá)12 ng/mL,檢測濃度的線性范圍為0.10~50.57 μg/mL(r=0.999 5),平均回收率為93.6%。結(jié)論 本方法簡單、快速、準(zhǔn)確性高、重復(fù)性好,能夠滿足一次性使用輸液器中環(huán)己烷殘留量檢測的需要。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the method for the determination of adhesion agent cyclohexane residues in disposable infusion set by headspace gas chromatography. Methods The residual solvents were analyzed on HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) using temperature program. FID was used as a detector with the temperature at 250 ℃. The inlet temperature was 130 ℃, the split ratio was 20∶1, and 15% alcohol was used as the solvent. Results The determination limit was 12 ng/mL. The linear range of cyclohexane was 0.10 — 50.57 μg/mL (r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 93.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, and reproducible, so it can be used for the determination of residual solvent in disposable infusion set.
