呫噸酮類(lèi)化合物在自然界中廣泛存在，它及其衍生物具有廣泛的生理學(xué)和藥理學(xué)活性，具有抗腫瘤、保護(hù)心血管、降低血糖、抗氧化、抗菌等藥理作用，但很多藥理作用機(jī)制尚處于研究探索階段，從而使其藥理活性及其與構(gòu)型關(guān)系的研究倍受關(guān)注。收集國(guó)內(nèi)外近幾年來(lái)的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，綜述呫噸酮類(lèi)化合物的藥理研究進(jìn)展。

Xanthone compounds exist extensively in nature with many physiological and pharmacological activities, such as antitumor, cardioprotection, decreasing blood glucose, anti-oxidation, antimicrobial, and so on. But the mechanism of some pharmacological functions was still under study and exploration, which attracts a lot of attention. The related literatures both at home and abroad was collected and summarized in order to investigate the pharmacological activities.
