[摘要]
目的 研究葛根正丁醇萃取物的化學(xué)成分。方法 采用聚酰胺柱色譜、反相ODS柱色譜、凝膠柱色譜、制備液相色譜等方法進(jìn)行分離純化,根據(jù)化合物的理化性質(zhì)及波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定其結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果 分離鑒定了12個(gè)化合物,分別為葛酚苷元A(1)、葛酚苷元B(2)、染料木素(3)、3′-甲氧基葛根素(4)、3′-羥基葛根素(5)、葛根素芹糖苷(6)、葛根素木糖苷(7)、大豆苷元(8)、大豆素7,4′-二葡萄糖苷(9)、大豆苷(10)、葛根素(11)、胡蘿卜苷(12)。結(jié)論 其中化合物1、2為首次從葛屬植物中分離得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in n-buytl alcohol fraction of Puerariae Radix. Methods The compounds were isolated by Polyamide, ODS, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies, and preparative HPLC, and their structures were identified by spectral analyses and physiochemical properties. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as puerol A (1), puerol B (2), genistein (3), 3′-methoxy puerarin (4), 3′-hydroxyl puerarin (5), mirificin (6), puerarin xylosidde (7), daidzein (8), daidzein 7,4′-diglucoside (9), daidzin (10), puerarin (11), and daucosterol (12). Conclusion Compouds 1—2 are isolated from the plants of Pueraria DC. for the first time.
