目的 優(yōu)選夏黃顆粒處方藥材的乙醇提取工藝條件。方法 以乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)、乙醇用量、提取時間、提取次數(shù)為考察因素，采用L9(34)正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，對5種蒽醌總轉(zhuǎn)移率、出膏率兩個指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評分，優(yōu)選出最佳工藝。結(jié)果 最佳提取工藝為10倍量60%乙醇回流提取2次，每次1.5 h。結(jié)論 優(yōu)選出的夏黃顆粒處方藥材的最佳工藝合理，經(jīng)驗(yàn)證其穩(wěn)定可行，有效成分提取率較高。

Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction process for medicinal materials in Xiahuang Granule prescription. Methods Taking the concentration of ethanol, extraction time, amount of ethanol, and extraction times as factors, L9(34) orthogonal test was designed and evaluated with multi-index of yiled and powdered extract yield of five anthraquinones. Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows: reflux extracted twice with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol, for 1.5 h once. Conclusion This optimized extraction technology is feasible, stable, and reasonable with high yield of active ingredients.
