目的 探討萬(wàn)古霉素致不良反應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)因素，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 檢索2001—2013年國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)藥期刊報(bào)道的40例萬(wàn)古霉素致不良反應(yīng)案例，并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果 萬(wàn)古霉素所致不良反應(yīng)主要表現(xiàn)為藥熱、腎衰竭、過(guò)敏反應(yīng)等。結(jié)論 臨床應(yīng)加強(qiáng)萬(wàn)古霉素的合理使用，盡量避免或減少其所致不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。

Objective To study the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reaction (ADR) induced by vancomycin, so as to provide the references for the rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods Forty cases of ADR induced by vancomycin, which were reported in domestic medical academic journals from 2001 to 2012, were statistically analyzed. Results The ADR induced by vancomycin is mainly radiation, kidney failure, allergic reaction, and so on. Conclusion The rational use of vancomycin should be emphasized to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR.
