在系統的文獻調研基礎上，對姜科山姜屬植物益智仁Alpinia oxyphylla的化學成分和藥理活性進行了較為全面的總結。該植物的化學成分研究主要集中在2001—2012年，迄今為止共分離得到85個化合物，主要成分為倍半萜，占52個，其中從該植物中分得新化合物28個，均為倍半萜。益智仁的藥理活性包括神經保護、提高學習記憶、抗腫瘤、抗衰老、抗炎及抗過敏等。通過對益智仁的化學成分及藥理活性進行綜述，以便對益智仁進行更好的研究、開發(fā)與應用。

Based on the systematic survey on literatures, this paper summarized the research advance in the chemical constituents of Alpinia oxyphylla and their pharmacological activities. The researches on the chemical constituents of this plant were mainly concentrated between 2001 and 2012. So far, totally 85 compounds were isolated, including 52 sesquiterpenoids, which dominated the main constituents. Twenty-eight compounds were new compounds and all of them were sesquiterpenoids. A. oxyphylla possessed a variety of pharmacological activities, including neuroprotection, learning and memory-improving function, anticancer, anti-aging, anti-inflammation, and anti-anaphylaxis. Through survey and summary, this review aims to facilitate the intensive research, exploitation, and the utilization of A. oxyphylla.
