目的 觀察壯骨1號方對骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎和骨質(zhì)疏松癥的治療作用。方法 采用Harley豚鼠自發(fā)性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和大鼠去卵巢造骨質(zhì)疏松兩種動物模型，觀察、測定相應(yīng)的實驗指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 壯骨1號方能有效地延緩膝關(guān)節(jié)軟骨組織的退變，并抑制骨密度降低。結(jié)論 壯骨1號方具有防治骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的作用，對豚鼠骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎和大鼠骨質(zhì)疏松具有改善作用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription on osteoarthritis (OA) and osteoporosis (OP). Methods Spontaneous OA in Harley guinea pigs and ablating bilateral ovaries OP in rat were used to investigated the effect of Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription on the experimental indicators. Results Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription could inhibit or delay degeneration of keen cartilage and inhibit the decrease of tibial trabecular bone mineral density significantly in rats. Conclusion Zhuanggu No.1 Prescription could prevent OA and achieve obvious role in the treatment of OA and OP.
