目的 研究卡托普利片聯(lián)合珍菊降壓片對原發(fā)性老年高血壓患者的臨床療效。方法 將上海市虹口區(qū)江灣鎮(zhèn)街道社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心診療的68例原發(fā)性高血壓患者隨機分為治療組（34例）和對照組（34例），對照組口服卡托普利片12.5 mg/次，3次/d，療程4周；治療組口服卡托普利片，每次12.5 mg，3次/d，同時口服珍菊降壓片，0.48 g/次，3次/d，均于每天早餐前服用，4周為1療程。治療前后測量患者血壓進(jìn)行療效分析，同時嚴(yán)密觀察患者的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組患者的收縮壓和舒張壓均有明顯改變，且與治療前相比差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療組和對照組收縮壓下降幅度分別為14.3%、8.4%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；舒張壓下降幅度分別為22.7%、19.3%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療組和對照組總有效率分別為97.1%、85.3%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。兩組患者均未見嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 卡托普利片聯(lián)合珍菊降壓片治療老年原發(fā)性高血壓的臨床療效較好，且不良反應(yīng)少，值得在社區(qū)推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Captopril Tablets combined with Zhenju Hypotensive Tablets (CT-ZHT) in the treatment of primary hypertension in gerontal patients of Jiangwan Community Health Center of Hongkou District of Shanghai. Methods The elderly patients (68 cases) with primary hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment (34 cases) and control (34 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were given CT 12.5 mg for three times every day during four weeks and the patients in the treatment group were given CT 12.5 mg and ZHT 0.48 g for three times every day for four weeks . Blood pressure was measured before and after treatment.. All the participants were closely observed and recored of any adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the blood pressure was significantly lower than before treatment with significant difference (P <0.05). At the end of week 4，The systolic blood pressure of treatment and control groups decreased by 14.3% and 8.4% respectively, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); Diastolic blood pressure decreased by 22.7% and 19.3% respectively, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The antihypertensive effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 97.1% and 85.3%, respectively. There were obvious differences in the effects of both hypotensive drugs (P<0.05). Blood routine examination, routine urine test, blood lipids, blood glucose, liver and kidney function showed no abnormality. Few adverse reactions were observed in both groups and the difference was no remarkable statistically. Conclusion CT-ZHT in the treatment of primary hypertension has good antihypertensive effect in elderly patients with primary hypertension, producing few side effects and well patient compliance.
