目的 評價(jià)新生化顆粒聯(lián)合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片用于人工流產(chǎn)后計(jì)劃生育服務(wù)的療效。方法 將140例要求人工流產(chǎn)的早孕婦女隨機(jī)分成治療組（70例）和對照組（70例）。治療組人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后當(dāng)日起服用新生化顆粒2袋/次，2次/d，連服7 d，同時(shí)口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片，1片/次，1次/d，連服21 d；對照組人工流產(chǎn)后僅口服新生化顆粒，用法、用量和時(shí)間同治療組。觀察兩組陰道出血量、出血時(shí)間、月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時(shí)間、月經(jīng)恢復(fù)情況和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療組的陰道出血量明顯少于對照組（P＜0.05），陰道出血時(shí)間和月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時(shí)間均短于對照組（P＜0.05），治療組月經(jīng)周期恢復(fù)情況優(yōu)于對照組，且并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組。結(jié)論 人工流產(chǎn)后即時(shí)應(yīng)用新生化顆粒聯(lián)合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片能有效減少患者陰道出血量，縮短出血時(shí)間，促進(jìn)月經(jīng)周期恢復(fù)及降低并發(fā)癥。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xinshenghua Granule combined with Desogestrel Ethinylestradiol Tablet (XG-DET) in family planning services after abortion. Methods Early pregnancy women (140 cases) who required abortion were randomly divided into treatment (70 cases) and control (70 cases) groups. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with XG, 2 bags/time, twice daily, for 7 d. At the same time, they were po administered with DET, 1 tablet/time, once daily, for 21 d. In the control group, the patients were only po administered with XG, and usage, dosage, and treatment time were the same as the treatment group. The amount of vaginal bleeding, bleeding time, menstruation recovery time, and situation of complications were observed. Results The amount of vaginal bleeding was obviously less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Bleeding time and menstruation recovery time were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The situation of menstrual cycle recovery in treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion XG-DET after abortion can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, and shorten the bleeding time, which can promote the menstruation recovery and reduce complications rate.
