[摘要]
目的 建立復(fù)方金錢草顆粒的質(zhì)量控制方法,為其質(zhì)量控制提供依據(jù)。方法 采用薄層色譜法對(duì)復(fù)方金錢草顆粒處方中廣金錢草、光石韋藥材進(jìn)行定性鑒別,采用高效液相色譜法測(cè)定復(fù)方金錢草顆粒中芒果苷。結(jié)果 確定了處方中廣金錢草、光石韋的薄層色譜鑒別方法,在選定的薄層色譜條件下,色譜斑點(diǎn)分離較好,陰性無(wú)干擾。芒果苷進(jìn)樣量在0.060 5~0.605 0 μg與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率為99.52%,RSD值為2.13%。結(jié)論 所建立的方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、專屬性強(qiáng)、重復(fù)性好,可有效地控制復(fù)方金錢草顆粒的質(zhì)量。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a quality standard of Compound Jinqiancao Granules for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality to provide a reliable basis. Methods The herbs in the formula, such as Desmodii Styracifolii Herba and Pyrrosiae Folium were identified by TLC. Contents of mangiferin were determined by HPLC method. Results The method was established to distinguish Desmodii Styracifolii Herba and Pyrrosiae Folium. The spots in the TLC chromatograms were clear, and there were no interference from negative control. Mangiferin had a good linearity in the range of 0.060 5 — 0.605 0 μg (r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 99.52%, and RSD value was 2.13%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and has a good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Compound Jinqiancao Granules.
