[摘要]
目的 建立津薊中風(fēng)Ⅰ號顆粒中梓醇和五味子醇甲的HPLC測定方法。方法 采用HPLC法分別對梓醇、五味子醇甲進(jìn)行測定。梓醇的流動相為乙腈–0.1%磷酸(1∶99),體積流量為1.0 mL/min,檢測波長為210 nm。五味子醇甲的流動相為甲醇–水(75∶25),體積流量為0.8 mL/min,檢測波長為250 nm。結(jié)果 梓醇在4.25~68.00 μg/mL與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率為100.22%,RSD值為1.05%(n=9)。五味子醇甲在4.0~32.0 μg/mL與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率為100.49%,RSD值為1.25%(n=9)。結(jié)論 本法簡便、準(zhǔn)確性高、靈敏度高、專屬性和重現(xiàn)性好,可作為津薊中風(fēng)Ⅰ號顆粒中梓醇和五味子醇甲的測定方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the determination of schisandrin and catalpol in Jinji Zhongfeng No. 1 Granules. Methods Catalpol and schisandrin were determined by HPLC method, respectively. Catalpol was determined with acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid (1∶99) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Schisandrin was determined by methanol – water (75∶25) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results The liner ranges of catalpol and schisandrin were 4.25 — 68.00 μg/mL (r=0.999 9), 4.00 — 32.00 μg/mL (r=0.999 9). The average recoveries were 100.22%,and 100.49%, with RSD values of 1.05%,and 1.25% (n=9), respectively. Conclusion The method is specific, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of catalpol and schisandrin for Jinji Zhongfeng No. 1 Granules.
