目的 評(píng)價(jià)帕米膦酸二鈉聯(lián)合復(fù)方苦參注射液治療惡性腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移所致疼痛的療效。方法 匯總觀察天津市第四中心醫(yī)院腫瘤血液科自2010年10月—2013年10月惡性腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移病人104例，按所使用治療方法分為治療組和對(duì)照組，對(duì)照組單獨(dú)采用注射用帕米膦酸二鈉，第1天60 mg，第2天30 mg，分別加入生理鹽水500 mL中緩慢靜滴4 h以上，28 d為1個(gè)療程；治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，第1～14天加用復(fù)方苦參注射液20 mL加入生理鹽水250 mL靜脈滴注。兩組均治療2個(gè)療程。治療結(jié)束后，比較兩組患者的疼痛緩解情況、臨床療效、生活質(zhì)量改善情況、血清堿性磷酸酶（ALP）水平。結(jié)果 疼痛緩解有效率治療組為78.43%，對(duì)照組為60.38%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；生活質(zhì)量改善有效率治療組為68.63%，對(duì)照組為49.06%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；治療后，兩組ALP均明顯下降，治療組較對(duì)照組下降程度更加顯著，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05)。結(jié)論 在臨床治療惡性腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移中，帕米膦酸二鈉聯(lián)合復(fù)方苦參注射液可以減輕患者骨痛，改善患者生存質(zhì)量，值得盡早應(yīng)用。

Objective To assess the effect about pamidronate disodium combined with Compound Kushen Injection in the treatment of the pain caused by osseous metastasis of therioma. Methods Cases (104) diagnosed osseous metastasis of therioma during October 2010 to October 2013 in Tianjin 4th Central Hospital were collected and divided into treatment group and control group on the methods of treatment .The treatment group used Pamidronate Disodium for injection (first day 60 mg and second day 30 mg were added 500 mL saline respectively, kept iv drip slowly 4 h at least, one treatment course was 28 d) combined with adding 20 mL Compound Kushen Injection +500 mL saline at days 1－14 . The control group used Pamidronate Disodium for injection only. After the two courses of treatment (56 d), pain relief, clinical efficacy, quality of life, and the levels of ALP were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates in the treatment and the control groups were 78.43% and 60.38%, and there were the significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The qualities of life efficacy in the treatment and control groups were 68.63% and 49.06%, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). ALP levels in two groups obviously decreased after the treatment, and they were dramatically reduced in the treatment group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion There is a marked therapeutic effect of pamidronate disodium combined with Compound Kushen Injection in the treatment of the pain caused by osseous metastasis of therioma, which can improve the life quality of patients and should be applied as soon as possible.
