[摘要]
目的 研究續(xù)斷的化學(xué)成分。方法 運(yùn)用大孔樹脂、反相硅膠及制備高效液相等色譜技術(shù)進(jìn)行分離純化,并根據(jù)理化性質(zhì)和波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果 分離得到13個(gè)化合物,其中7個(gè)環(huán)烯醚萜苷和6個(gè)木脂素類化合物,分別鑒定為馬錢苷(1)、獐牙菜苷(2)、6'-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-sweroside(3)、續(xù)斷苷H(4)、續(xù)斷苷F(5)、續(xù)斷苷E(6)、triplostoside A(7)、(7R,8S,7'R,8'S)-5-methoxyprinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、(7R,8S,7'R,8'S)-prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、acanthoside D(10)、(7R,8S,7'R,8'S)-fraxiresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)、(7R,8S,7'R,8'S)-8-hydroxypinoresinol-4'-O- β-D-glucopyranoside(12)、(7R,8S,7'R,8'S)-8-hydroxypinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13)。結(jié)論 其中化合物8、9、11、12、13為首次從川續(xù)斷屬植物中分離得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dipsaci Radix. Methods The compounds were isolated by macroporous resin, reverse phase C18 silica gel, and semi-prepative HPLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Thirteen compounds were separated, seven of which were iridoid glycosides, and six of which were lignans, identified as loganin (1), sweroside (2), 6'-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-sweroside (3), dipsanoside H (4), dipsanoside F (5), dipsanoside E (6), triplostoside A (7), (7R, 8S, 7'R, 8'S)-5-methoxyprinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), (7R, 8S, 7'R, 8'S)-prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), acanthoside D (10), (7R, 8S, 7'R, 8'S)-fraxiresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11), (7R, 8S, 7'R, 8'S)-8-hydroxypinoresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (12), and (7R, 8S, 7'R, 8'S)-8-hydroxypinoresinol-4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (13), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 8, 9, and 11—13 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
