[摘要]
目的 測定硫磺熏前后黃芪中黃酮類和皂苷類成分的變化,確定硫磺熏對黃芪藥材質(zhì)量的影響,為評價熏硫加工對黃芪質(zhì)量的影響提供依據(jù)。方法 對收集的黃芪進行熏硫加工,采用HPLC-DAD法測定了毛蕊異黃酮苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊異黃酮、芒柄花素4種黃酮成分,UPLC-ELSD法測定了黃芪皂苷Ⅰ、黃芪皂苷Ⅱ、黃芪皂苷Ⅲ、黃芪甲苷4種皂苷成分。結(jié)果 硫磺熏過的黃芪藥材中毛蕊異黃酮苷、芒柄花苷含量降低,毛蕊異黃酮、芒柄花素、黃芪皂苷Ⅰ、黃芪皂苷Ⅲ、黃芪甲苷的含量變化不明顯。結(jié)論 黃芪熏硫加工后,黃酮苷成分有所降低,其余成分變化不明顯。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the contents of flavonoids and saponins in Astragali Radix before and after sulfur-fumigation, so as to provide reliable methods for scientifically evaluating and effectively controlling the quality of Astragali Radix. Methods After sulfur-fumigation, the contents of calycosin glucoside, ononin, calycosin, and formononetin were analyzed by HPLC-DAD, and astragaloside I, astragaloside Ⅱ, astragaloside Ⅲ, and astragaloside Ⅳ by UPLC-ELSD. Results The contents of calycosin glucoside and ononin decreased, while the contents of calycosin, formononetin, astragaloside I, astragaloside Ⅲ, and astragaloside Ⅳ were essentially the same. Conclusion After sulfur-fumigation, flavonoid glycoside components are reduced, and the remainder have no obvious change.
