目的 觀察美托洛爾聯(lián)合穩(wěn)心顆粒治療功能性早搏的臨床療效和安全性。方法 選擇2011年4月-2013年3月到日照市人民醫(yī)院就診的功能性早搏患者90例，隨機(jī)分成美托洛爾組、穩(wěn)心顆粒組、聯(lián)合治療組，每組均為30例。美托洛爾組口服美托洛爾片12.5 mg/次，2次/d；穩(wěn)心顆粒組口服穩(wěn)心顆粒1袋/次，3次/d；聯(lián)合治療組口服美托洛爾片和穩(wěn)心顆粒，用法用量同以上兩組。3組均持續(xù)治療4周。觀察治療后兩組患者的癥狀療效、動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖療效，并對(duì)兩組患者治療前后血壓、心率及心電圖相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 治療后癥狀療效美托洛爾組、穩(wěn)心顆粒組、聯(lián)合治療組總有效率分別為76.6%、83.3%、96.7%；聯(lián)合治療組與另兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖療效美托洛爾組、穩(wěn)心顆粒組、聯(lián)合治療組總有效率分別為53.3%、63.3%、76.6%，聯(lián)合治療組與另兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 美托洛爾聯(lián)合穩(wěn)心顆粒治療功能性早搏有較好療效，其臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于單用穩(wěn)心顆粒和美托洛爾，值得臨床推廣使用。

objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of functional premature beat. Method Patients (90 cases) with function premature beat, who came to People's Hospital of Rizhao City from April 2011 to March 2013, were randomly divided into metoprolol, Wenxin Granule, and combination groups, and there were 30 cases in each group. The patients in the metoprolol group were po administered with Metoprolol Tablets 12.5 mg/time, twice daily. The patients in the Wenxin Granule group were po administered with Wenxin Granule 1 bag/time, 3 times daily. The patients in the combination group were po administered with Metoprolol Tablets and Wenxin Granule, the usage and dosage were the same with the above two groups. Three groups were treated for 4 weeks. The symptom efficacy and dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy between the two groups were observed after the treatment. At the same time, blood pressure, heart rate, and related parameters of electrocardiogram in the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After the treatment, the symptom efficacy of metoprolol, Wenxin Granule, and combination groups were 76.6%, 83.3%, and 96.7% respectively, and there was significant difference (P < 0.05) between the combination and the other two groups. The dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy of metoprolol, Wenxin Granule, and combination groups were 53.3%, 63.3%, and 76.6% respectively, and there was significant difference (P < 0.05) between the combination group and the other two groups. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule has a good curative effect in the treatment of functional premature beat, and the clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the single usage of metoprolol and Wenxin Granule, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
