目的 運用Meta分析方法評價血必凈注射液治療百草枯中毒的療效。方法 檢索Medline、Embase、Pubmed、Cochrane圖書館、中國期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（維普）、萬方數(shù)字化期刊全文庫等數(shù)據(jù)庫，對納入的隨機對照試驗文獻進行質(zhì)量評價，并采用RevMan 5.0軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)局指標為動脈血氧飽和度（SaO₂）、腎功能損害情況和死亡率。結(jié)果 納入研究的文獻共8篇，均為中文文獻。結(jié)果顯示，SaO₂合并效應值WMD=0.18，95%CI（0.11，0.24），P<0.000 01；腎功能損害情況合并效應值WMD=-224.28，95%CI（-318.99，-129.56），P<0.000 01；死亡率OR=0.31，95%CI（0.18，0.54），P<0.000 1，表明治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論 血必凈注射液治療百草枯中毒有一定優(yōu)勢。但因目前納入研究的文獻質(zhì)量較低，可靠的結(jié)果有待更多高質(zhì)量試驗進一步驗證。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xuebijing Injection in treatment of paraquat poisoning by meta analysis. Methods Medline, Embase, Pubmed, Cochrane Library, China Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database (VIP), Wangfang Database, etc were retrieved by computer, and the quality assessment of qualified random control trials were evaluated. Meta analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.0 software. The outcomes included arterial blood oxygen saturation (SaO₂), renal function damage and mortality rate.Results Eight trials were included in the study, and all of them were in Chinese. Meta analysis indicated that SaO₂: WMD = 0.18, 95%CI (0.11, 0.24), P < 0.000 01; renal function damage: WMD = -224.28, 95%CI (-318.99, -129.56), P < 0.000 01; mortality rate: OR = 0.31, 95%CI (0.18, 0.54), P < 0.0001. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Xuebijing Injection has certain advantages in the treatment of paraquat poisoning. Due to the limitation by the unsatisfactory quality of the inclusive literatures, the conclusions of the study require higher quality of trials to be further analyzed.
