鉤藤堿在傳統(tǒng)中藥中占有重要的地位，在中樞神經(jīng)和心血管等系統(tǒng)中有較顯著的藥理作用，臨床上可用于治療高血壓、癲癇、心律失常等疾病。多項實驗研究鉤藤堿的作用機制，發(fā)現(xiàn)鉤藤堿大多是通過拮抗鈣來發(fā)揮作用的。為更好地利用鉤藤堿，綜述了鉤藤堿阻滯鈣離子通道的藥理作用，為推進鉤藤堿深入研究提供參考。

Rhynchophylline plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine, and has significant pharmacological activities in the central nervous and cardiovascular system. It can be used to treat high blood pressure, epilepsy, arrhythmia, and other diseases clinically. There are a number of experimental studies on the mechanism of rhynchophylline, which show that rhynchophylline mostly works by blocking calcium. In order to make better use of rhynchophylline, this paper reviews the pharmacological activities of rhynchophylline by blocking calcium channels, and also provides reference for promoting the in-depth study of rhynchophylline.
