[摘要]
目的 探討萊菔硫烷聯(lián)合茶多酚對(duì)肺癌組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2的表達(dá)的影響。方法 選取經(jīng)病理證實(shí)并手術(shù)治療的肺癌患者56例,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。采用ELISA測(cè)定組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2的濃度,免疫組化法測(cè)定組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2的表達(dá)并統(tǒng)計(jì)微血管密度(MVD),Western blotting法檢測(cè)組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2蛋白表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果 肺癌患者組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2的濃度水平高于治療組(P<0.05);肺癌患者癌變組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2的表達(dá)均呈陽(yáng)性,且對(duì)照組織中MVD高于治療組(P<0.05),Western blotting法檢測(cè)對(duì)照組組織中蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2表達(dá)高于治療組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 蛋白激酶A錨定蛋白95、細(xì)胞周期蛋白E2在肺癌患者組織中均存在表達(dá)升高,與腫瘤生長(zhǎng)呈正相關(guān),萊菔硫烷聯(lián)合茶多酚用藥對(duì)兩種蛋白起到抑制作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effect of sulforaphane combined with tea polyphenols on the expression of protein kinase A anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 in lung cancer tissue. Methods The 56 cases confirmed by pathology and operation therapy for lung cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The levels of protein kinase A anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 were determined by ELISA method. Protein A kinase anchoring protein 95, the expression of cyclin E2, and statistics of microvessel density (MVD) were determined by immunohistochemical method. The protein kinase A anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 protein expression in tissues were detected by Western blotting method. Results The content of protein in the tissues of patients with lung cancer A kinase anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 was higher than that of combination group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of cancerous tissue of lung cancer patients A kinase anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 was positive, and the MVD was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The cell protein kinase A anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 protein in tissue in the control group were higher than those in treatment group by Western blotting (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of cell protein kinase A anchored protein 95 and cyclin E2 increases in tissues of patients with lung cancer, which is positively correlated with cancer, and sulforaphane combined with tea polyphenols has inhibitory action.
