海洋生物海綿的活性化學成分研究一直都是海洋藥物研究的焦點.目前,從海綿中發(fā)現(xiàn)了大量的具有抗微生物、抗炎、抗腫瘤、抗病毒和免疫調(diào)節(jié)等活性的化學成分,其按照化學結(jié)構(gòu)類型可分為脂類、大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類、肽類、生物堿類、甾醇類和萜類等,并且有很多化合物已經(jīng)進入臨床研究.對近年來從海綿中發(fā)現(xiàn)的活性化學成分進行綜述.

Study on the chemical constituents and biological activities from marine sponge is a hotspot in the research of marine natural products. So far, a lot of bioactive constituents with the biological activities such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammation, antitumor, antivirus, and immunoregulation are found from various kinds of sponge. According to the chemical structure type, they can be divided into lipids, macrolides, peptides, alkaloids, steroids, and terpenoids. And some compounds have entered clinical study. This article reviews the bioactive constituents from the marine sponge in recent years.
