目的 觀察紅歸膠囊聯(lián)合化療改善惡性腫瘤患者免疫功能的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年12月—2014年12月牡丹江醫(yī)學院第二附屬醫(yī)院惡性腫瘤患者180例, 隨機分為對照組和治療組, 每組90例。對照組單純化療。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服紅歸膠囊, 4粒/次, 3次/d。兩組21 d為1個療程, 共治療3個療程。兩組患者在治療前后測定OT皮試反應(yīng)能力及巨噬細胞吞噬率。結(jié)果 治療組OT皮試反應(yīng)能力增強5~10倍、10~20倍、20倍以上的患者例數(shù)明顯多于對照組, 無變化和下降病例數(shù)低于對照組, 兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。巨噬細胞吞噬率增強10%~20%、20%~30%、30%以上的患者例數(shù)明顯多于對照組, 無變化和下降病例數(shù)低于對照組, 兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 紅歸膠囊在對提高腫瘤患者的細胞免疫功能具有顯著療效, 具有一定的臨床價值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Honggui Capsules combined with chemotherapy in improvement of immune function in patients with malignant tumor. Methods Patients (180 cases) with malignant tumor in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 90 cases. Patients in control group were given chemotherapy only. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Honggui Capsules on the basis of control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. One course of treatment was 21 days, and two groups were treated for three courses of chemotherapy. Skin reaction ability about OT test and macrophage phagocytosis rates in two groups was conducted. Results The patients of skin reaction ability about OT test enhancing 5 — 10 times, 10 — 20 times, more than 20 times in the treatment group were significantly more than those in the control group, while the patients of no changing and falling were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The patients of macrophage phagocytosis rate increasing 10% — 20%, 20% — 30%, more than 20% were significantly more than those in the control group, while the patients of no change and falling were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Honggui Capsules has the good clinical effect in improvement of immune function in patients with malignant tumor, which has certain clinical value.
