目的 探討復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合氯沙坦治療高血壓的臨床療效。方法 選擇2013年6月-2015年5月延安市人民醫(yī)院收治的原發(fā)性高血壓患者80例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各40例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)藥物對(duì)癥治療,并于早晨口服氯沙坦鉀片,50 mg/次,1次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加服復(fù)方血栓通膠囊,3粒/次,3次/d。1個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程,兩組均連續(xù)治療2個(gè)療程。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較兩組患者頭痛、眩暈的改善情況。同時(shí)比較兩組患者治療前后收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVDd)、左心室舒張末期室間隔厚度(IVST)、左心室舒張末期后壁厚度(LVPWT)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為75.0%、92.5%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05)。兩組頭痛、眩暈的總有效率分別為67.5%、87.5%,72.5%、90.0%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05)。治療后,兩組SBP、DBP、LVDd、IVST、LVPWT均較治療前顯著降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05);治療后,治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05)。結(jié)論 復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合氯沙坦治療原發(fā)性高血壓臨床療效顯著,可控制患者血壓水平及改善左心室肥大情況,具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with losartan in treatment of hypertension. Methods Patients (80 cases) with hypertension in Yan'an People's Hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. The patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment drugs, and they were po administered with Losartan Potassium Tablets in the morning, 50 mg/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. A month was as one course of treatment, and two groups were treated for two courses. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the improve situation of headache and dizziness in two groups were compared. The changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd), left ventricular end-diastolic ventricular septal thickness (IVST), and left ventricular end-diastolic wall thickness (LVPWT) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.0% and 92.5%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The efficacies of headache and dizziness in the control and treatment groups were 67.5% and 87.5%, 72.5% and 90.0%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, SBP, DBP, LVDd, IVST, and LVPWT in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). The improved degree of those observation indicators in the treatment group was better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with losartan has distinct clinical effect in treatment of hypertension, and can control blood pressure and improve left ventricular hypertrophy, which has certain clinical application value.
