目的 探究雷公藤多苷片聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效。方法 收集2014年7月—2015年9月在沈陽市第四人民醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科接受治療的慢性腎小球腎炎患者84例,按照治療方法不同分為對照組和治療組,每組各42例。對照組靜脈滴注注射用阿魏酸鈉,0.3 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL,1次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服雷公藤多苷片,20 mg/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,同時比較兩組治療前后血肌酐(Scr)、內(nèi)生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為73.81%、90.48%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白均較治療前顯著降低,Ccr顯著升高,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 雷公藤多苷片聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效顯著,可有效改善患者的腎功能,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with sodium ferulate in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with chronic glomerulonephritis in Shenyang the Fourth Hospital of People from July 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plan, patients were divided into treatment group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). The patients in the control group were iv administered with Sodium Ferulate for injection, 0.3 g added into 5% glucose injection (250 mL), once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets on the basis of control group, 20 mg/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy were evaluated, and the changes of Scr, Ccr, BUN, and 24 h urine protein before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 73.81% and 90.48%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Scr, BUN, and 24 h urine protein in two groups were significantly decreased, Ccr was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with sodium ferulate has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, and can effectively improve the kidney function of patients, which has a certain clinical application value.
