目的 探究丁苯酞聯(lián)合胞二磷膽堿治療急性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年1月—2014年12月商洛市中心醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的急性腦梗死患者100例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各50例。對(duì)照組患者在基礎(chǔ)治療上靜脈滴注胞二磷膽堿注射液,0.75 g/次,1次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服丁苯酞軟膠囊,0.2 g/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度(NIHSS)評(píng)分、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為74.0%、92.0%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分、NSE水平均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);治療后治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 丁苯酞聯(lián)合胞二磷膽堿治療急性腦梗死具有較好的臨床療效,可促進(jìn)神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù),降低NSE水平,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To study the treatment effect of butylphthalide combined with citicoline in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (100 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in Department of Neurology of Shangluo Central Hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Citicoline Injection on the basis of foundation treatment, 0.75 g/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on the basis of control group, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of NIHSS score and NSE in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 74.0% and 92.0%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P< 0.05). After treatment, NIHSS score and NSE in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with citicoline has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and can promote the recovery of neural function, also can decrease the NSE level, which has a certain clinical application value.
